Accommodation

Caledon 23 Guest House can accommodate up to 20 guests in 9 en-suite rooms, each with their own private patio and separate entrance. Secure parking is provided on the same level as the rooms.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We have newly installed air-conditioning in all the rooms and we pride ourselves on having top-quality beds, pillows and linen to ensure a good nights sleep every night. Our free WiFi is top-class, enabling you to work or stream as much as you require. Staff are on-site permanently to ensure you are looked after throughout your stay.

We welcome children in our king or family rooms, or you can opt to book an adjoining room for a family of four. Regretfully, our location is not suitable for pets.

Cancellation Procedure

• All rates include 15% VAT.
• Please contact Caledon 23 Guest House for a direct quote to ensure optimized price structure.
• No booking will be confirmed until 50% deposit has been paid.
• Should a confirmed booking be cancelled between 8 and 14 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
• Should a confirmed booking be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date, the full deposit will be forfeited.
